Our monthly video series delivers clear, jargon-free answers to our clients’ most pressing questions in just under three minutes.

In our latest episode of The Big Question, we ask Jim Connolly, Head of Pensions Technical: what is auto-enrolment?

"Auto-enrolment is a new pensions regime that the government is introducing to increase pensions coverage in Ireland. Every employer, from 2025 onwards will have to auto-enrol all of their staff in this new system, and so, over time, the entire population will be covered by some form of pension solution - either private or auto-enrolment," explains Connolly.
